If you have technical questions, please see our online Support page or call us toll free at 1-866-ONEWEST

1. Who is OneWest.net?

A: OneWest.net is a community oriented regional Internet Service Provider based in Jackson, Wyoming. We provide services exclusively in the northern Intermountain region. For OneWest.net locations see "OneWest.net Office Locations".

2. How will the change to OneWest.net as my ISP affect my service?

A: We try as much as possible to limit the number of changes you will need to make on your computer configurations. However, if changes are necessary to access the OneWest.net network, our friendly customer service staff will be happy to guide you through any necessary changes.

You may notice slight modifications in the timing of your monthly bill (OneWest.net bills on the first of the month) and you will now need to call toll free 1-866-ONEWEST for customer support. However, we are confident this will only result in you experiencing enhanced customer service as well as the speed and reliability of our three state network. Bottom line - OneWest.net is committed to providing you with quality Internet access services.

3. Will my email address or domain name change?

A: We try as much as possible to limit the number of changes you will need to make on your computer configurations including your email addresses. If we are able to acquire your old ISP's domain name, you will more than likely be able to keep your current email address. However, if we are not able to acquire the domain name, your email address will need to be updated to the OneWest.net domain name.

4. Are my prices subject to change?

A: You will be grandfathered in under your existing rate plan. However, prices may be subject to change based on market conditions, the cost of technology and other unforeseen factors that impact our ability to serve you. If a price change will take place, you will be given sufficient notification.

5. How will my billing process change?

A: OneWest.net bills on a monthly calendar basis - That is, all customers are billed at the beginning of the month. If your former ISP has not historically billed you on the first day of the month, you will receive a prorated bill the first month Onewest.net issues you a bill. This will be followed the subsequent month with a full monthly charge issues on the first of that month.
